According to a study commissioned to the Research Group office by the association of temporary agencies (ABU), the number of temporary work agencies which do not fully respect labor law is increasing in the Netherlands. The bill prepared by the government (see our dispatch No. 080672) aims at fighting against such abuses. (Ref. 080725)
