IndustriALL Global’s second congress elects a new executive committee. Following a rousing opening address by Brazil’s former President Lula, 1,400 IndustriALL Global delegates set to work at the international union federation’s second congress that runs from 04 to 07 October in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
