Negotiations are going to resume and unions, before the February 18 meeting prepared by LO (Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions) are starting to communicate their most important claims. Key requirements concern buying power, the increase in minimum wage and overtime payments, low wages and vocational training for adults. But there will be a bone of contention between the bargaining parties: pensions. We now have to wait and see if unions will present this for the joint negotiations or if they will opt for separate negotiations.
