The National Office for Private Data Protection (UODO) delivered a legally binding opinion that lists the types of data treatment that could undermine personal rights and freedoms. A requirement for a national body to formulate such a list had been intended by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Regulation No. 2016/679.
