The news. On 8 July 2026, the Polish Senate passed a bill aimed at tackling workplace psychological harassment. The legislation clarifies the definition of psychological harassment, or mobbing, in order to strengthen “protection against undesirable behaviour in the workplace.” The bill now awaits the signature of President Karol Nawrocki (Conservative).
