Indeed, as part of plans to support some sectors (see our dispatch No. 081020), it bears 70% of the wages while the employer pays for the remaining 30%. Because of decreased orders, businesses’ strategies differ. When they do not purely and simply stop working, they come up with training programs to avoid dismissals, still part of the sectoral plans negotiated with the State.
