On 24 March, the French auto manufacturer together with a special negotiation body (SNB) signed a new Group Works Council agreement. “It was a question of providing our agreement with a stable legal and representative basis and the instrument for this was the SNB,” explained Tristan Lormeau, Corporate HR Director, to Planet Labor.

Tristan Lormeau. Last year we undertook negotiations to consolidate our agreement that dates back to 1993 including its eight addendums into a single text.
