RR Donnelley’s special negotiating body and management signed an agreement establishing the EWC. This agreement is the result of three years of negotiations during which the company’s American management was at first quite reluctant and finally more trusting, since complying with the new provisions of Directive 2009/38 didn’t lead to protest in the last versions of the text.
