Spain: Catalonian Juan Rosell elected as the new President of the CEOE employers’ organization

Catalonian entrepreneur Juan Rosell was elected with 444 votes in favor (i.e. 62.5% of voters) as opposed to 247 for Santiago Herrero, the other candidate for the Presidency of the CEOE employers’ organization (see our dispatch No.  100842).  It was the first time the representatives were asked to choose between several candidates since CEOE was created in 1977.
