Spain: in spite of State support, the number of precarious contracts is not decreasing

No improvement concerning employment stability. The measures supposed to encourage permanent employment did not work. According to the conclusions of the report published by the economic daily Expansion, the incentive policy carried out since 1998 has not been fulfilling its main purpose, which was to promote employment stability and to fight against abusive appeal to precarious work, which still concerns 32% of jobs in Spain.
