A decree, published on December 10, establishes the national program for the social and employment insertion of the victims (necessarily women) of gender violence, thus following the path opened by the law on combating violence against women of 2004. One of the measures of the program improves the subsidy paid to employers recruiting women suffering from gender violence. (Ref. 081021)

employability of these women and to facilitate their geographical mobility, one
