Mercedes Cabrera, Minister for Education, and Celestino Corbacho, Employment Minister, announced a reform of vocational training for early 2009. The changes jointly prepared by the Ministries of Labor and Education are aimed at attracting 200.000 new students to intermediate level vocational training in the next three years, that is a 10% increase.
