The agreement in principle on salary rises concluded on May 11 between representatives of both the unions and employers bodies has now freed the way for discussion on other topics in the pre-framework Agreement on Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC) 2015-2017 that was ratified on May 14 and sets out the guidelines for the social partners to negotiate collective agreements.
Several days after the announcement on the pact over wages we still don’t know any more about the framework agreement concluded between the unions (CCOO, UGT) and the employers bodies (CEOE, Cepyme).
