Sweden: a study by the working environment authority found that 200 people die following professional stress each year

A report that links causes of death and working conditions. Arbetsmiljöverket presented, on November 18, 2010, an overview of work-related deaths that aren’t industrial accidents.  It seems they affect 1,000 people a year.  Bengt Jörvholm, in charge of the study, said that he was surprised by these figures, mostly the number of deaths caused by cardiovascular diseases.
