Journaliste chez mind RH (anciennement Planet Labor) depuis fin 2020, je suis plus particulièrement la réglementation sociale, notamment européenne, et la manière dont les professionnels RH doivent l’anticiper et s’y adapter. Au-delà des sujets RH traditionnels (salaires, formation, promotions, recrutement…), je m’intéresse aux nouveaux sujets qui concernent les groupes internationaux : l’encadrement de la sous-traitance, le reporting extra-financier et les politiques RSE pour les salariés. Je décrypte enfin les dynamiques de la négociation collective, internationale comme nationale, et la manière dont ses acteurs parviennent à s’en saisir pour encadrer le monde du travail.
