The American Cloud computing company has published a 2nd part of “Shopper-First Retailing” report to capture the shifting preferences among global consumers. Salesforce launched an extensive survey of 6,000 consumers from 6 countries. The report used “mystery shopping assessments” in 70 physical stores within Manhattan, London and San Francisco together with analysis of online shopping from over 1 billion e-commerce transactions.
