As Asos (total sales of US$1.616 billion in interim results for the six months to February 28, 2019, + 14% year-on-year) announced a ‘significant strengthening of its board’ with four new non-executive directors and the name of Luke Jensen came out. Jensen is the C.E.O. of Ocado Solutions, client-focused business that provides services, technology, and automation to grocery e-commerce businesses, and has been part of Ocado Group’s board.
