According to information from mind Fintech, the Casino group is buying the entirety of the Bankin’ app, which claimed 6 million users at the end of 2021, without specifying the asset share. A subsidiary of Perspecteev, Bankin had been 49% owned by Casino since late 2020. Perspecteev has two distinct entities. It focuses on B2C with Bankin, which is almost not monetized, and a B2B activity with Bridge which represents the majority of revenue.
