The sale of the Dubai-based Emaar Properties e-commerce fashion business, started in October 2021 is almost complete. The company held a meeting on Thursday 18 August 2022, to arbitrate the sale of Namshi (2021 turnover of US$419.6 million), which could include an overseas listing via an SPAC.
