In a bid to make a payment experience more transparent, the ID Kids childcare retailer will be testing “SoftPOS” mobile payment in stores from 2023. This new payment trend, which increased over the past 12 months, allows sales staff to accept payment anywhere in the store on a smartphone, and allows customers to reduce queue time.
