Klarna, Swedish specialist of “Buy Now, Pay Later” completed a US$639 million capital increase on June 10. This new capital values Klarna at US$45.6 billion. In March 2021, the previous round of financing raised US$1 billion. The group’s investors include SoftBank, Adit Ventures, Honeycomb Asset Management and WestCap Group.
