In the Netherlands, the retail property owner Klépierre will transform Hoog Catharijne mall (Utrecht) into a flagship asset: it will be ranked n°1 within Klépierre’s portfolio by asset value. This will expand by 24,400 sq.m GLA in April 2017, plus an additional 12,900 sq.m in October, with Five Guys Vapiano, Nike, Rituals, Jack Jones and Yves Rocher confirmed as new tenants. As another extension of 26,500 sq.m GLA should be completed by the end of 2018, this mall will cover 77,000 sq.m GLA...
