As more Americans visited shopping centres in H1 2025, the sector’s leader Simon Property Group is expanding both data and community engagement with a new partnership with Humana. This gives a new experience for seniors that should translate into additional sources of revenue.

In the USA, Simon Property Group (rental income for the six months to June, 30: US$2.97 billion, up 2.4%) launched an agreement with Humana Walking Club on August, 14. The property company is launching a free walking club for seniors at 21 malls in the USA.
