In the USA, Simon Property Group (rental income for the six months to June, 30: US$2.97 billion, up 2.4%) launched an agreement with Humana Walking Club on August, 14. The property company is launching a free walking club for seniors at 21 malls in the USA. From August to December 2025, club members will be able to take part in monthly walks in the morning before the centre opens and take on fun challenges via dedicated trails.
