The coffee retailer Malongo signed a franchise agreement with Noble House to roll out its coffee shops in the Philippines. The first unit will open in August 2018 in Manila, covering 200 sq.m GLA within a shopping mall. The deal forecasts a pipeline of 25 stores in five years. Malongo is also eager to expand in China and in Japan.
