Three and a half months after launching "long-term reviews" in partnership with Custplace, Fnac Darty is taking stock. The initiative enabled Darty home electrical retailer to collect an average of more than 10,000 customer reviews per month.

For Darty (a subsidiary of Fnac Darty, sales of €3.4 billion in H1 2024, up by 1.4%), customer reviews are a key sales win factor. To capitalise on this invaluable asset, the European retailer shared with mind Retail the results of long-term customer reviews, launched on May 12, 2024, in its domestic market.

Displayed on the Darty website, long-lasting reviews appear on the product sheet, alongside traditional reviews. They concern small, medium and large household appliances, photography and so
