Home appliances manufacturer Babymoov (food processors, baby monitors) has formalised a partnership with CircularX (a subsidiary of Recommerce Group) in order to expanding the range of second-hand products. In an exclusive interview for mind Retail, Chloé Neyrial, E-Commerce Manager, and Pauline Gubert, Marketing Manager, present the launch of the scheme and its KPIs.

Babymoov products are already life-guaranteed. Why did you decide to go further in the circular economy ?

Pauline Gubert: Since September 2021, Babymoov had been offering a second-hand service, selling reconditioned products coming from our after-sales service. But, given the current issues of purchasing power and the dynamic of the second-hand market, which is particularly strong in the childcare sector, we sought to scale up a formerly artisanal process.
