At the end of December, the property company Unibail Rodamco Westfield completed two mall disposals in quick succession. These were The Village near Los Angeles (600,000 sq.m) for US$325 million, and in a joint sale, Westfield Trumbull (125,000 sq.m) and Westfield South Shore (94,400 sq.m) in a US$196-million deal.
