While speeding up debt reduction, the property company sees retail media as a strategic asset. On January 6, 2025, Unibail Rodamco Westfield (71 malls, 9M 2024 sales: €2.84 billion up 2%) announced the sale of a 15% stake in the Paris-based Forum des Halles mall (77,600 sq.m) to CDC Investissement Immobilier (100% subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôt, €10 billion in assets) for €235 million.
