The Council of ministers adopted on June 22nd, a bill of royal order relating to teleworking in the federal aministrative civil service. This bill aims at clarifying the modes of teleworking in the civil service and at encourageing this new form or work's organization. (Ref. 06660)
The main modes decided by the royal order are the following : 1° teleworking can be done from the civil servant’s house or any other place chosen by him or her ; 2°) teleworking is authorized from a 3/5 time job ; 3°) teleworking has to be voluntary for the teleworker and the employer ; 4° the same rights and duties as those applied to the civil servant working in the employer’s offices are applied to the teleworkers, as for instance, the work amount, the rights to training, the career opportun
