How does the European Commission consider CSR for companies?
The commission’s communication on CSR is entitled “implementing a partnership for growth and employment”. It is only its subtitle which proposes to make Europe “a pole of excellence as regards CSR “. CSR is thus clearly and definitively under consideration like a lever of the Lisbon strategy and within this framework, the European Union is a major partner of companies.
