The Copenhagen Court of Appeal cancelled the contract between a Danish builder and a Polish company because the first one was the true employer of the posted workers and that he was thus subject to the Danish labour market's standards. This ruling, the first rendered by a Court of Appeal on the topic of social dumping, has been welcomed byt the sector’s trade unions. (Ref. 070761)
