France: Entremont bolsters measures to prevent occupational hardship in light of pension reform

Entremont Alliance (1,600 employees in France), a cheese manufacturer, signed a new agreement on 14 January on preventing hardship. It notably incorporates the effects of the 2023 pension reform, which has pushed back the legal retirement age by two years. This means that employees exposed to risks (high pressure, night work, repetitive work, noise, etc.), who represent a quarter of the workforce, will be able to work part-time from their 57th birthday for 24 months, with 70% of their lost sala
