The French branch of the pharmaceutical group GE Healthcare (2,700 employees) has been supporting an "employee resource group" for two years, which carries out awareness-raising initiatives on LGBTQIA+ issues among staff. This is a matter of corporate culture for the organisation, which formalised its commitment at the end of June by signing the charter of the association L'Autre Cercle.
According to the barometer conducted by the association L’Autre Cercle (with the pollster Ifop), 96% of surveyed employees consider GE Healthcare (2,700 employees in France) to be “LGBT friendly”.
