The news. On June 2, the French Parliament definitively adopted the bill transposing the February 2026 agreement concluded between the social partners into the Labour Code. This text reduces the maximum duration of benefits for job seekers (except for employees in overseas territories) following an individual mutually agreed termination (rupture conventionnelle) signed with their employer.
