The French insurance specialist is using a mobile application’s ongoing series of physical challenges to encourage its almost 5,000 staff in France and abroad to walk regularly. The Kiplin tool not only allows employees to exercise regularly, but also it enables the creation of social links between the different entities of the group.
When all of IMA’s (Inter Mutuelles Assistance) Kiplin app user scores are added then the insurance company’s employees have covered more than 80,000 km and taken 115 million steps. Thus is the result of the IMA Group’s second challenge that was launched in March 2022.
