al Labor Court (Bundesarbeitsgericht – BAG) rendered a ruling (BAG, 9 AZR 391/08) which improves the position of employees on their parental leave (“Elternzeit”). In the future, employees will be able to take full advantage of this system, even if two parental leaves overlap.
