The Council of Ministers (Bundeskabinett), which took place on April 15, spoke against genetic pre-employment tests as part of a more general law on the genetic diagnosis. Only exceptional circumstances can allow a company to appeal to it, and as part of a very strict control procedure. (Ref. 080316)
