Great Britain: November 7th is national day against harassment at work

The Andrea Adam foundation, which is the first charitable organization in the world (non-profit) to struggle against moral harassment at work (bullying), is renewing –for the fourth time- its campaign of sensitization called « Stop harassment at work ». This comes in a context of growing legal actions linked to moral harassment and the elaboration of a case law which increases the responsibility of the employer. (Ref 06940)

Several cases of harassment at work have recently made the news, notably that of a Deutsche Bank secretary, Helen Green, who received 800 000 pounds of damages (1.2 million euros) because she was the victim of « a campaign of deliberate and planned harassment » on behalf of her colleagues, depriving her of a promising career.
