In response to the expansion of precarious work as one of the biggest threats facing unions, IndustriALL has launched a publication aimed at promoting collective negotiation as a tool in the fight against precarious work. It provides concrete examples of collective bargaining strategies that the international federation union hopes will inspire its members so that they can find ways to adapt strategies to the challenges of their countries.
