On May 6, the Italian employers’ organization Confindustria and the association ANLA signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at recognizing the value of senior workers’ experience and encouraging intergenerational dialogue. The agreement seeks to promote concrete projects designed to “help improve the workplace climate,” notably through mentoring programs between senior and younger employees, age-management initiatives, and workplace well-being programs.
