The document adopted in mid-July by Crédit Agricole Italia and the main banking trade unions goes beyond the proper use of meetings and emails. Crédit Agricole Italia, which employs more than 16,000 people, signed a series of thematic agreements on 15 July with the trade unions Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca and Unisin, including a handbook on managerial behaviour, a practice that is still relatively uncommon in Italy.
