Italy definitively transposes the European Directive on whistle-blowers

After both the preliminary adoption in Italy’s Council of Ministers on 09 December 2022, and the opinion of Parliament, the decree-law of 10 March 2023 definitively transposes the European Directive 2019/1937 on whistle-blowers into Italian law.
