The ‘right to smart working’ instituted during the Covid-19 pandemic for certain categories of workers has once again been extended. According to law 14/2023 published in the Official Journal on 27 February, certain categories of employees can work remotely, without the employer being able to object, from 28 February until 30 June 2023.
