The news. In late March, the Luxembourg government announced a 3.8% minimum wage hike effective 1 January 2027. This increase will follow an automatic 2.5% index-linked adjustment scheduled for July, as forecast by Statec, Luxembourg’s national statistics institute. Consequently, the gross monthly minimum wage is expected to rise from the current €2,704 to €2,876.
