Great Britain/a gig economy employer obliged to officially recognize a trade union. On 28 February, the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC), tasked to rule on union recognition disputes, decided (decision here) that The Doctors Laboratory (TDL), which uses a hundred or so freelance couriers, would have to recognize the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain.
