For the second edition of a contest to promote gender equality, organized by the employers' confederation Lewiatan, model companies in this area were rewarded. However, research conducted on this occasion shows that few employers respect equal opportunities. (Ref. 080061)

Equal opportunities, not always a reality. According to the employers’ federation Lewiatan, only 28% of companies make sure their employees are equally paid. The wage gap to men’s advantage is very frequent and women are hardly represented within executive positions.
