Equal opportunities, not always a reality. According to the employers’ federation Lewiatan, only 28% of companies make sure their employees are equally paid. The wage gap to men’s advantage is very frequent and women are hardly represented within executive positions. Only 17% of SMEs and 31% of large businesses organized trainings on the prevention of moral and sexual harassment and on discrimination.
