Although regulations 1408/71 and 574/72 are intended to be repealed and replaced by regulation 883/2004 and its implementing regulation in the course of discussion, the Community legislator continues to update these texts. A regulation of 5 April 2006, published in the OJEU of 27 April, specifies the conditions of access to care for victims of accidents at work who live in another Member State. (Ref. 06421)
