Article 1 of the Subsidizing Act explicitly provides that it is possible to partially subsidize the reduction of working time in order to limit the impact of the economic crisis and to preserve jobs. Eligible parties. The “Zakon o delnem subvencioniranju polnega delovnega časa” is aimed at any commercial company or physical person employing people and which reduces weekly working time to 36 hours to maintain employment.
