ed a bill simplifying the holiday act and which should allow businesses, especially SMEs, the cut their staff management costs. This bill is part of a broader reform of labor law, launched by the government a few years ago (see our dispatch No. 090500). It notably proposes similar holiday rights for all workers and a simpler pay system. The new system will enter into force on April 1, 2010.
