Ms. Brown recounted her day to day working life at the Nissan production plant in Canton Mississippi to the French union representatives and politicians that she met during the trip: “I was speaking with one of the co-workers about the union, saying that all of us has to speak out. And the manager stood up there to spy on all that conversation. He then called senior management and he reported the co-worker. They told
